Successful use of EPLASS Professional

Various planning approval sections of the project defined individual workflows for their review processes, which were subsequently implemented in EPLASS. These workflows control the highly complex review processes fully automated. Via the DOWEBA interface to the Federal Railway Authority contained in EPLASS, planning documents are now transferred to the EBA with a qualified digital signature.

The review times could be significantly reduced through the review possibilities integrated in EPLASS via so-called redlining and the elimination of the use of postal services. The possibilities of EPLASS time scheduling according to individual review periods and milestones guarantee reliable information about the planning status for the planning managers and the time schedulers as well as special reports for the management.

In addition to drawing management, EPLASS objection management is also successfully used. The planning, organisation and implementation of hearing procedures is a mammoth task, in which several hundred to thousand objections with a multitude of individual questions can easily come together. Through tailor-made processes, intelligent search functions for standard objections and parallel handling by different departments, EPLASS saves time and money for the project parties.
