Successful project collaboration with EPLASS:

As already used for the successful PPP projects “A4 Hoerselberge” and “A8 Augsburg-Munich”, this project too has chosen EPLASS Professional to manage their construction design review processes.

Various workflows have been defined to enable project participants to review drawings and other documents without the delay of a manual distribution. The process management was optimized through the simultaneous review process of drawings and the utmost flexibility of the workflows.

Each of the parties, from the concession provider (Freiburg Regional Council on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany) through the concession holder “Via Solutions Südwest” through to the construction consortium is receiving its tasks automatically via EPLASS workflows.

Furthermore all review durations and their adherence to the expected due dates are being monitored through the integrated time-scheduling management function of the EPLASS Professional module.

Furthermore, the entire correspondence and digital construction log records can be created, and later archived in EPLASS.
