Successful project collaboration with EPLASS:

This project involved staff from different European countries who had to be able to have site-independent access to all planning documents. This requirement together with the demand to have a transparent overview of the processes and a well-organized review process were the critical factors lead the contractors to choose EPLASS Professional as their central construction design management platform. Furthermore, HOCHTIEF have relied for several years on the benefits and the experience of EPLASS in complex international projects.

It was mainly the user-friendly display of individual processes in EPLASS, which was convincing, compared to other systems. Project specific workflows provided entirely automated review processes, which lead to a significant reduction of work for the overall organization of planning and checking the construction documents. EPLASS further provided numerous tools such as logging, reporting and analysis of the drawings for a comfortable monitoring and control of these processes.

The fact that the entire checking process within the EPLASS platform can be managed digitally, saved additional costs for viewers or local software installations.
